VIZIO 32 Inch Class : This is a 3D Game Changer

Vizio 32-inch HDTV is a 3D first-class movie experience at home and very convenient for the first time setting. If you want to the 3D cinema experience at home this is best.

When you see 3D movie, you are given pair of passive 3D glasses. If you feel comfortable and lightweight glasses (like sunglasses), then take a pair to home (where permitted), because they work perfectly with the Vizio television series of passive 3D Theater (not active Battery 3D glasses). This is brilliant for Vizio, LG and others as to encourage viewers to get the same 3D experience at home and motivate thousands to look at this easy to use 3D Theater.

Passive 3D glasses: The Vizio 3D TV offers excellent 3D for a beautiful range of angles, and best of all, the passive 3D glasses are all the major theaters (Real D, IMAX 3D, Disney 3D, etc.) work perfectly with the Vizio 3D cinema experience without the need for batteries and 100% quality in 3D / effect adapted to passive 3D glasses included Vizio HDTV. This means that you can earn hundreds of glasses of theaters that allow you to take home (except Imax 3D). The advantage of this? The glasses light and easily fit over your glasses, the extremely low cost, easily replaceable, the whole family can see the cost of a 3D film for the family, able to tilt the head to the left / right to work in any so that you have provided, in line with the 3D.

ACTIVE VS PASSIVE 3D HDTV EXPERIENCE:
I compared the Vizio 19 pounds Passive 32" and Sony Bravia active 3D HDTV 46" (in friend's house), and I can say that both look great. 5 ft is the suggested viewing distance, but you can have your face on the screen and still see 3D work if you prefer to get that close. Take a tape measure and you will see 4-5 feet is perfectly comfortable for most detail.

At this moment, I am two ft away from my 19-inch computer screen as I write this to give you the perspective that 5 ft 32-inch HDTV is not as far away as some might imagine. Less than 4 ft, you can receive a very thin film screen texture does not affect the 3D effect. Remember, this 32" Passive 3D image is 1080p that smaller than say a TV 50" LG 3D HDTV dislayed passive house at Best Buy. Better yet, liabilities Vizio offers a great 3D experience at the point of a brighter color shades are barely perceptible.

Downside is your head should be approximately centered in the middle of the screen at any distance of 4' and over, to get the best 3D effects with minimal ghosting, or as a 3D movie, no ghost at all. (Ghost image is the image is not completely hidden by the narrow lens of eye opposite. This happens even with 3D active).

3D Features: If you take pictures in 3D or 3D video made Side by Side, top-down, then you can easily see in 3D with Vizio TV Side by Side, high viewing options below. 3D provides the depth that the film or the photo was taken in only drawback is that I have not found an option to adjust the 3D effect with the Sony Bravia 3D, so if you have a topic very close to the point of view to better display the 5' as the eye can focus more easily on it. It really is not a problem.

TV Interface: The controller seems to be the only way to easily control all functions, so you do not break. Fortunately, it is sturdy, and rubber buttons respond well to each item. Batteries included.

TV Packaging: Available in a sturdy cardboard box, includes 1 pound medium TV, 19 pounds, 2 pairs of 3D glasses passive (such as theaters, you can also use the theater, 3D glasses, and get the exact same effect). Includes screwdriver, screws, instruction manuals, detachable power cord, etc.

Construction Quality TV: TV is a professionally designed, made of sturdy material and well put together. It also 3-inch thin side, and only 19 lbs.

TV performance: I counted 18 seconds for the image to displayed after pressing the power. A little slow, but the power of PS3 game or Blu Ray takes much longer in comparison. The performance is impeccable in this order. No problem, period. Also attracted $13 of energy per year if 5 hours of listening to a guide energy days.

PS3 performance: looks great with 3D games and 2D games on condition that the correct settings on the PS3. 3D Blu-ray looks great, including Resident Evil Afterlife 3D IMAX 3D, 3D Alice in Wonderland, etc. ..)

TV OPTIONS: Good selection of options and settings. Sound quality: This includes surround sound through multiple speakers of 32-inch. The sound is solid and well made, with nice bass and treble always looking for the ability to optimize the bass / treble, but also includes Internet connections ready. A lot of ports for HDMI (HDMI with regular work in 3D here), USB ports and USB flash drives, etc.

So it is (light passive glasses) 3D Theatre HDTV, the way to go? Absolutely. If you enjoy the 3D experience to cinemas, bringing pair of RealD 3D glasses to watch 3D on your new Vizio theater. The tide has finally turned with a Vizio 32" affordable 3D HDTV. Buy Now, I do not regret it.

Customer Rating and Review

My Vizio 32 Inch Passive 3D LCD TV

Customer's Rating and Review

I have had this TV for a month now, even bought a Vizio 3D Blu-ray DVD. Before buying this TV I also got a 3D camera Aiptek digital camera (3D comes with an HDMI output), then for a month, I used the three elements together. I also bought five 3D BluRay discs, which I think are wonderful and very realistic. This TV also displays the 3D mode called SBS or side by side very well.

At work, we have several plasma screens on the wall for viewing the state in our department, etc. to manage a lot of heat and very close to the situation looks horrible, and they are burned in the images from computers that are connected. So I was a fan of LCD since they arrived years and would never buy a plasma set.

This TV uses passive 3D putting a mask on the screen to enter the polarization different on different horizontal lines on the screen. If you shine a flashlight on the television is turned off when the reflex is probably a rainbow-4-mask. This series uses the same 3D glasses as in the theater for many films (Real) and comes with two pairs. I noticed the ones that come with the television films are not as dark as sunglasses, I continued to cover ... Meatballs.

I can not find any difference between the 3D image of the game and my greatest 2D Samsung LCD series is about a year and a half. I would say that the DVD I've seen some 3D now, I would describe the images as stunning and extremely realistic. The difference between active and passive 3D shooting games should be slight because the "problem" is the active set are so small that you really need to watch out for her while watching most of the time.

The 3D viewing angle is a bit limited. You must be at or below the screen. The more you have the smallest TV in the display space. This type of projecting a 3D image in a cone that widens with distance, but at a height of 32 inches (approximately) can not be too far away from the observer. I use about two feet from my eyes and cover the entire sofa and beyond, so theoretically I could have 05/04 spectators at a time.

This TV must be set manually in 3D mode, when you present 3D content on the HDMI port. He is constantly scanning the entrance to make sure it still will return to 3D or 2D mode on its own. It only accepts 3D 3 HDMI ports, no other item, such as tuner, WiFi, or composite video inputs. This TV can detect one of three types of 3D signs and briefly put a dialog box on the screen to turn on the TV in 3D mode, which is done by pressing a button on the remote control in a few seconds or return to 2D mode. And the player who makes the 3D content in a HDMI port should be recognized by the TV as a 3D real source. So, even with 3D content can be downloaded online from SBS TV will not allow you to access the menus in 3D, unless the player is also in electronic form can shake hands with the TV and moving the handle 3D data by hand.

Do not be fooled to buy an HDMI cable for high prices, especially of Monster Cable, which is a total rip-off. A regular old cheapie HDMI cable works fine until you need a very long cable length.

From the middle of the current 3D cinema is still young, you will see scenes in films that make your eyes are like the muscles are drawn. I expect they will learn over time what works and what does not and solve this problem. Sometimes, the films tend to over-use "hit you" scenes, which have agreed to short bursts, not sustained or repeated, you will see today. Hopefully the weather will get better. This TV is good depth, but in my eyes / brain tricks jumping screen often causes discomfort to eye muscles.

Pros: for the money, it's about the best buy in a 3D TV at this time. Easy to control, I never read the manual. Simple set-up with a standard 95 cent HDMI cable to the 3D Blu-ray player was about all it takes. Wireless wifi for web apps built or more you can download. And the remote has a QWERTY keyboard on the back. Decent sound but no bass to speak of. Has optical output for sound from the HDMI ports and presumably from the tuner or any other input.

Cons: the TV is a bit slow to respond to changes from the remote. The TV is constantly watching for a lack of 3D input and is constantly trying to put itself back into 2D mode. It will not switch into 3D mode on it's own, you must push buttons on the remote to manually start that mode. This is important: it will ONLY accept 3D input from the HDMI ports, not from the internet or any other input. 3D input must be from a player device which can handshake with the TV or the 3D mode never enables.

Vizio E3D470VX Reviews

This anomaly 3DTV, the price was much lower than the active shutter 3D TV some place. This TV is a passive 3D which basically means no cost for a glasses, enjoy a verry very important feature! I was a little disappointed with the color, but there are many settings for you to get just the way you like it, took me hours and every day for this week setting tweeked until now is clear! Bright clear and much better out of the box the colors are amazing!

I was connected to Comcast Cable TV with component cable and TV channels were horrible, but those standards have been great HD .. today and got the new set-top box with Comcast "HDMI" inputs WOW! everything is fantastic!. I am really like 3D content that Comcast offers, although its limited atleast I got to test the 3D function is awesome by the way! I want a 3D TV for a while, but I never thought I'd pay $1000 - $2000 to fix the prices I've seen in stores, but then I came across this Jem a Walmart and started researching it. I discovered that this TV is too good to be at this price so low, I decided to buy it .. Not bad at all! I love this TV!

The applications are cool and have the WIFI is so great! it was so easy to configure my wireless network too. I've heard bad reviews on television vice Wal-Mart and others for Youtube etc.. I think that most critics were Posot well. I think people probably just had bad luck with bad TV at all. I think that smoking is a great brand and to recommend the purchase of definetaly this TV, especially if you want a good 3D TV, the quality is not just a low price, you can get it now! its probably worth more than what they sell so do not be a factor definetaly quality.

The only thing that would make this TV the power light would be better ... its white and sweet, I wish it were as colorful as my LCD TV last but its still a big TV! I can not wait to get the Blue-ray player and watch Blu-ray 3D disc, if its as great or better than my Comcast in high definition, so I'm a happy camper! I suggest if you are afraid to buy because of the brand and generic advertising, while their status is sufficient to overcome the fear and buy this baby because its almost better than fourth-owned television that day! and im a techy guy too! A + +! oh and the 3D glasses in cinema works with this game, so you save every time you go .. circle of the lenses are slightly better, but the theaters are still glass work with this TV! Oh, The main reason I bought this here! THANKS!

    Sharp LC52LE835U Reviews

After tons of research and looking at different sets of multiple stores to take best 3D TV. This is a great looking TV, the bezel is impressive and looks good. Television is the light weight and thin. Image was OK and with a little tweaking, it is absolutely incredible. watched a couple of basketball games and thrones and was blown away.

This set has a good view and 52 inches is perfect! The TV is bright and it seems incredible that famous "flash-light" or "fog" so far. Very accurate colors and applications, for example. Netflix, they are great. The TV comes with integrated WiFi, it does not need wifi usb! The blacks are dark at an angle of LED and display viewing are very wide. This TV is hooked up to standard cable box (HDMI), DVD player (HDMI), Wii (component)

After updating the firmware via the internet cable faster, I tried all the online services and everything worked as advertised. I like the DLNA, which works fine with Windows Media Player and connects to my library on my PC. I was able to watch movies, listen to music or view photos. the sound is not bad for a TV, but of course you must connect to a surround system for better sound. I have not tested in 3D. will be updated as soon as I have a second test.

In Sharps words "AquoMotion 240 Technology improves fast moving images by combining Sharp's 120Hz Fine Motion Enhanced Technology with 120-backlight scanning. Fine Motion Advanced processing creates and inserts 60 unique frames a second, which smoothes out edges that occur between frames in the original footage. The backlight scanning works with the panel refresh rate to further reduce perceived motion blur and improve overall clarity and picture quality."

Summary: A clear and vibrant pictures seems that you are in the image. The colors are excellent and blacks are "blacks". I highly recommend this 3D TV.

    Toshiba 32TL515U Reviews

    TL515U

First, when we turn on the TV has a good black level for an LED/LCD. For automatic configuration, the back light can be a bit sensitive. The sound is good enough for television slim, as expected, disappeared. Many people associate of connectivity options, Netflix works great, love the ability to communicate with other computers on our network with play videos and movies.

Television has seen too much in the 1080p mode, 2D. This is a game mode which is really useful when you play video games. Customer Service Toshiba are willing to wait on the phone to fix things for you. The liability is cheaper and sounds great asset as well as what you see.

We think this TV small for 3D because they are at least 10 feet to get the right way too much work in 3D for a 32 inch. Television has a very narrow viewing angle when viewing 3D you literally watching TV one  up or down on the left or right to the whole image is blurred. The TV must be at least a minute or two again press the power button, which can be very annoying. The remote is big and it feels as if she wanted to know by doing some lifting when you collect. The stand is so fragile, no matter how tight you pull the nails fragile does not matter.

Summary: This is 32 inch TV that great for 2D images with great many features but for 3D will wait for more improve. If you want this see for price range not more than $1,000.

      VIZIO E3D320VX Reviews

If you are looking for not large screen TV for connected to Internet with 3D HD, this is a good choice. This TV is probably the best overall value out there right now. The picture is amazing and the sound is adequate. The term appropriate means that the sound is very good for your room. If it's a TV is a family room or entertainment, we recommend buying external sound system to improve the overall quality of sound. Internet connectivity and applications available is really nice. You can connect Netflix or Hulu, it is extremely convenient. There are many applications, including updates to the sport.

The TV is easy to install and the remote control is a rubber alphanumeric keypad on the back, making it quick and easy data entry. The two 3D glasses will be available for passive polarized variety, with the price of a molded base and a flat. (However, you may want a true 3D glasses from theatrical release, if you wear glasses. The two temples to hug the curves of your face. The Real D 3D glasses for better.)

3D is a really nice touch to the TV. We tried a few things in 3D and can say that the 3D experience with this TV really good. You can not sit anywhere you want. The manual has a schedule of optimal 3D visualization. Some side corners, you will not get the 3D view.

2D and 3D are both great as it is the image of television over the air with a Digital Antenna Terk HD is here in the New York area. (with a Panasonic 3D Blu ray player) is brilliant true 3D. (The TV displays a dialog that has detected a source of 3D if you want to move to 3D.). It has a Wi-Fi Wireless Receiver (not as expensive as the Panasonic plasma) and is easily the alphanumeric keypad on the remote to connect.

If you tack 3D photos or 3D video Side by Side House take more top down, you can easily see in 3D with Side By Side, higher than the bottom of the display options. 3D offers the depth of the film or photograph only drawback was, is taken, we have not an option for the level of 3D effects such as 3D, Sony Bravia series is that if an object near to to better see the 5 feat far as the eye can focus more easily on it. There's really no problem.

After testing with a ton of combinations of parameters, we found the following settings PS3 to work better during play game in 2D. These parameters are based on MLB 11: The Show, because this game was the worst ghost problems in my games. Other games do not need these parameters. TV settings listed below are absolutely necessary to have. This eliminates any delays.

Summary : We recommend this TV to anyone looking for the latest technologies in a 32-inch TV, so they can afford.

        LG 47LX65000 Reviews

47LX6500 LG 47-inch LED LCD TV 3D Moreover, our relationship that this series may be available for the best TV picture on the market. For consumers who have waited for LCD/LED technology, would be the point where the benefits of replacing your old set, the disadvantages outweigh develop. The 3D capabilities has by the fence, but we never make the jump without the improvements due to the inherent 2D. The black, contrast and refresh rate offered capabilities of this TV.

This series offers many features in addition to 3D that is not available in older high-end HDTV (Internet connectivity, automatic updates of the firmware, return channel via HDMI, the weight and thin profile, etc. ..). Equally remarkable is that the screen burn any large and dynamic. In addition, this TV is great when set up, not only from carefully selected angles. Sincerely, "Espresso Color" the black look when the sentence is in direct sunlight (not great viewing experience ...) or you shine a flashlight on the fairing.

We spent much time on the different types of programming and tinkering with the settings for images, we offer you the viewing experience of this set. We can not say it better than other types of LED, but the point is that it was there. A picture is worth a thousand words, and it is impossible to articulate all the differences, but this set will not be disappointed when just the top line of the plasma.

However, a lot of technology in the manufacture of LCD/LED series, including these, as well as plasma and be careful with your settings. The most striking difference in the visual experience of this set (and all series 1080p, with a higher refresh rate of 60Hz), out of the box is the softness created by (default) technology associated with defining 1080p true motion. The images are so crisp and clear, that the actors and objects appear. This is great for sports, fast action, animations and games, but it creates a strange feeling when watching movies or watch television show.

The set has a great capacity for processing sound, but speakers can not do everything. It is very easy to connect a sound system to this set that has what we are. If you use HDMI (high-speed cable), connect all the components, you can create a single digital audio cable for this TV to any audio receiver or home theater sound bar and listen to all its components. Television seems perfectly alternating. The audio system is always on TV, but it sets the tone for everything that is connected to the TV via HDMI. This is cool and popular.

Finally, the 3D is really effective. For a long time we felt the advent of 3D TV (and movies) was one thing, and we must say that we know how this TV works well are surprised. The technology is so new, and there is much to see really hard to judge and compare. There is a spirit from time to time, but that seems more with the media as a whole. Some titles are not displayed correctly, but do not really know what to look for defects. 3D is really clear and very effective on this set when viewing 3D Blu-Ray movies with good content.

Summary: This is a 2D Super TV - some things better than our old technology, not so good in others. 3D looks good for us. We recommend this TV, especially at this price with the glasses and Blu-ray Disc provided. If you are seriously dedicated to subtly deep black and are ready to prevent the use of the boundary of the burning television, LG LX6500 TV is a good choice.

I had a TV in 3D week. It excellent and very good (in my case it is better, but are equipped with a TV above the fireplace almost 6 feet tall with 15 degrees of tilt, but always ghosts). Intuitive user interface with applications. 3D Glass as the cheap (they have 4 children ..?), The distance is phenomenal, but it should be backlit, as well. The sliding keyboard is great and is based Bluetooth is convenient. control of other components very well. a complaint, 18 mm M8 1.25pitch needed to hang the TV on the wall are not included with TV ?????( for 3000 dollars!) had to run to Lowest to buy them. the speakers are decent. 3D could be better seen from the front. Passive resolution of 576 lines for each eye, is not as smooth as an active search in 3D, but the tradeoff for the glasses was worth it in my case, most glasses are much lighter and not have to worry about recharging.

So you know where I am, I am replacing a 50" Samsung plasma. I have a series of flat screens of different sizes at home and a home theater in the basement. I just received my 720p projector Mitsy replaced by a Sony (STR-DA3600ES) and Avatar by Blu-Ray blown (108 "screen). I consider myself a fan, but not an expert. However, so ... Out of the Box Experience - Fantastic. The box is beautiful, the above instructions will tell you how easy it is (for example, a large TV) undo the clip and the sleeve of the box-offs.

Set up - could not be easier. Quick Start Guide is accurate. Manual is in English only, and not seven languages, and is clearly written, some Chinese computer is not converted. I could not remote to control the Vizio, but the DirecTV box. I think you should try a code. It's not great. The get. (Edit: Thanks to AVS Forum, someone noted that the receiver must be set to play RF remote control mode that I've changed to IR, and voila, all right, I had to prove "following code" to get up to standard. 4.. All games). Fortunately, my 2-year receiver is ready 3D - HR21-700. DirecTV has just said "to connect the receiver will guide you through the installation once it recognizes the 3D TV. Wrong, at least for me, but a reboot of the receiver and I was up and running.

2D-HD - I started with in Kill Bill 2 TNTHD and it looked great. Some HD is better than others, not by chance. For example, 30 Rock should use some type of slow softening. Apple TV (720p) - YouTube seems a bit '"better than I expected from Apple's catalog of films, previews of 300 and The Bucket List was beautiful stream Netflix is a pretty sight .. on my 50" Sammy a good thing, and photos of Mobile Me through my iPhone was beautiful 3D DirecTV -.. Step n3D, I realize that now is very similar to the Cuban HDNet label is back in the early days of HD. This is where you should go for the first impression of pleasure. Many pan content / nature. immediately striking.

Received the set about 2 weeks ago. I paired the TV with Onkyo and Infinity April 1 log point Five 5.1 system. They are mostly comments on the video when I have my audio from April. The installation was fairly easy. He had all the necessary cables (Monoprice). Using the AVR to convert all signals to 1080p. I have a cable from the AVR to the TV. My Xbox is the old model so I have to use the connection component along w / Digital Toslink cable for the Xbox in April seems impressive.

All handles DVD, Netflix and play too well. In some dark scenes I had some pixelation Takers DVD. It 'happened once. The other two films on DVD that I watched, I noticed no pixelation. I think after changing the settings on the TV and all was corrected in April. I'm sure the days go by and I tweak as you get exactly where I want. I played two of Force 4 and Gears of War 2 and were beyond my expectations. Amazing what can I say. I have seen no delays or interruptions when I was completely immersed in the great battle scenes in Gears. The game is fairly dark, but do not remember seeing pixelation. Play Group is a new experience. The views and tracks just a perfect look.

I have my DirecTV HD signal provider look fantastic Sat. Game of Thrones looks like a damn DVD! Standard HD TV seems to be too large when the AVR is to make the up-conversion, but the TV can handle 1080p without problems. I watched the NBA Finals and the NHL and the television does not stop the high speed action with ease. No blur at all. I think the 480Hz refresh rate does its job! I saw some LED lighting device and simply do not pop as The Complete Led ago.

I also have an AppleTV connected and seems too large. In this case, the AVR is to convert 720p signals to 1080p and your TV supports all current. Using Airplay watch my vids iPhone is really cool. The vids look really good and no matter how crappy my vids have the video quality is perfect and there is no motion blur at all. Problem areas? There are a few. No deal breakers for me though. 3D TV is using active techniques.

Although I have not tested this out (no party 3d). The majority of statements today are passive. This means that the glasses make the most of the work and are therefore more expensive. Again, this is not a deal breaker for me, because I do not use the 3D capabilities at all. Requests for VIA are OK. They are very lazy and Pandora seems to hang quite a lot '"then use the possibilities of the network during the month of April to play my Pandora. Netflix is pretty good, but I use the Xbox for this. The application of the time Yahoo is OK . Flickr is OK. I do not see myself with this a little well-to-maturity '. "However, with my Xbox, AppleTV and in April all the characteristics of the network they prefer.

Then, using your TV as a monitor is virtually the work of giant hands down. I looked at the Samsungs, Sony, LG, and yet is not specific with regard to the refresh rate and LED complete package for this price range. Simple as that. When you try to search for a specific set of evolving and buy as much as possible. We expect to have this set for at least 6 years. Do not be afraid to buy a Vizio. Now is a great player with the other three!

LG 55LX6500 55-Inch 3D LED Plus LCD TV Reviews

          LG 55LX6500 55-Inch 3D 1080p 240 Hz LED Plus LCD HDTV, Espresso
The LG 55LX6500 has many interesting features, including 3D visualization. It is the first attempt, a 3D TV from LG (with the series LX6500), and tell us sorry that a bad result. Of course it's a very good 2D artist, but who wants to pay the tax early adopter if the 3D effect is a mess headache inducing? The LG 55LX6500 is a beautiful TV, if not a bit ordinary. The frame is made of highly reflective black plastic.

Enjoy the home entertainment with the new 55 inch LG LCD HDTV 55LX6500 LED that 3D technology and much more. This LCD TV with LED backlight energy saving lamps over a full HD 1080p resolution for crystal clear detail and TruMotion 240Hz virtually no motion blur. LG LED Plus technology improves picture quality and energy efficiency with the addition of a simple function of local dimming to 16 addressable segments. [...]

          Review Summary

Tired of dull colors or dark scenes? In addition, the LG LED technology offers even more control of brightness with local dimming to energy efficiency of clarity and color depth, and a television, conventional television sets.

Front : The front of the LG 55LX6500 is mostly screen, with a set of touch controls at the bottom. While convenient, they are certainly fingerprint magnet.

          Front Tour Image

Back : The back of the LG 55LX6500 is home to all the ports.

          Back Tour Image

Sides : The 55LX6500 LG is much thinner, making it attractive to a TV, as a whole. From left to right you will see some of the ports. They have been together far enough back from the brink of leaving son was back there, so they are not considered visible to the viewer, depending on the thickness of the wire.

          Sides Tour Image
Stand: The base is wide and sturdy and feels very heavy - a good thing, given the weight and size of the TV.

          Stand Photo

Control : Controls that run along the bottom so harmless in the context that can not be mixed in a position to see them. Good thing, because take fingerprints like you've never seen.

          Controls Photo

Remote Control : The remote is long and slender, usually comfortable and easy to use. Most of the buttons are large and soft, but we prefer the easiest, fastest in the key of the center, those who control the menu.
          Remote Control Photo

          Connetions :
          • HDMI (version 1.3, HDCP): 3 rear, 1 side

          • Component: 2 rear, 1 side

          • Composite A/V: 1 rear, 1 side

          • RF: 1 rear

          • PC input (15-pin, D-Sub): 1 rear

          • PC audio input: 1 rear

          • Digital audio output: 1 optical, rear

          • USB: 2 side

          • Ethernet LAN: 1 rear

          • Headphone out: 1 side

          • RS-232c input: 1 rear

Internet Features : LG 55LX6500 is not as fully in its options for streaming content such as Sony, but it provides a good thing. More importantly, local governments have the latest Netflix and YouTube. For most of the content better (or worse, depending on your point of view on YouTube). Moreover, Vudu will get pay-per-view and Picasa photo sharing. Yahoo offers a small range of widgets for weather, news, and so on, but we found the gap interface and embarrassing and work so much faster and more elegant phone or computer.

          Internet Features 1 Photo

3D Features : We believe that LG really dropped the ball with the 3D effect is 55LX6500. No generation of 3D high-definition television is very good, but the LG is bad to the point of needing an updated firmware. For starters, there is no way to calibrate the TV when its in 3D. In fact, you can not really do anything without the 3D mode first. This is particularly troublesome because you do not have access to a calibration mode, the writing of the movement seems to be broader. We noticed some problems with synchronization between the left and right channels in 3D and could be caused by treatment of the movement.

Between crosstalk and other issues, the 3D effect is permanent and inconsistent, and some scenes, even painful to the eyes. In addition, we found the TV seems to flash green dot crawl or acquire an effect if the 3D mode is enabled. In the worst case, the strobe image to image, static and flat green. We the problem less if the TV is connected to an LG Blu-ray, but it appeared from time to time. If you buy this TV, definitely get the LG Blu-ray to reduce this problem.

3D Glasses : We had no real problem with the 3D glasses from LG. They felt a little expensive, yes, but they were mild and not unpleasant, as some glasses from other manufacturers. No complaints here.

          >> I love it! , December 6, 2010
          By V. Sahai

You start the little things that your favorite did not know it was remarkable! The first time I watched Everybody Loves Raymond (HD) on this TV, I was speechless! I noticed the bright colors of clothes, I noticed the pattern of the wallpaper and tile in the house of Ray. You need a big screen TV with LED, for this experiment. I'm glad I did not wait any longer for the update. The display is very strong, as expected, and features / functionality that I was impressed. The 3D work fine too. I made the right decision after all!

Before deciding on LG 55LX6500, I compared a dozen models to Samsung, Sharp, Sony and LG, even atleast. I wanted a label has not believing Vizio 55LX6500 etc. gave me the best bang for the buck, and I was happy with the reviews here on Amazon and CNET. So I decided to take the plunge. Since there are only 6 comments on this site, I decided to post these comments because I know how valuable they were for me atleast.

          Detial:
Link - The installation was pretty standard. I saw that someone said they are not a guide book somewhere. I got the book and CD. Not that you need. I easily put TV on a mountain, and hung my Comcast hi-def box and Sony home theater system via HDMI. Comcast box cost me $8 a month more, but it gives me access to their HD channels and content HD/3D on request. A surprising amount.

Standard VS HD Content - I have seen some reviews on how many people are trying to watch Standard def content and expecting extraordinary results. So let me contribute my 2 cents here. I used to have 27" CRT TV before this. The standard def looks good there. When viewing the same in 55lx6500, the picture seems little fuzzy. Don't get me wrong - I would anyday take this fuzzy picture over the 27" display. But the thing is we have to use words like fuzzy or blurred, but overall the picture still looks nice. But don't expect your TV to magically produce sharp display if it doesn't get the data to display it. You need hi-def content to see hi-def quality. IMHO the best test for a TV is to watch blu-ray movie on it. It cuts out the cable/dish issues and lets you see what the TV is capable of doing. For me personally, I have HD channels and I love them. The little blur/fuzz here and there is not TV's fault. I have watched a 2 hour blu-ray movie on my TV, and I had the best experience. (No need to mention that you need HDMI cables to carry the hi-def data)

USB Port - Very useful. It lets me play songs/movies/photos from my flash drive. It should pickup all portable flash drives (I used WD portable 160GB) - I haven't tried powered USB drives.

I like the 3D on TV. I have Comcast and have a small collection of 3D documentaries, music and games. I just loved these programs. The experience is similar to what I was in Best Buy stores. I found that dimming the lights in my living room enhances the experience - makes it even more exciting because there are no distractions. I have a Sony bluray 3d home theater system, but not play the bluray movie in 3D. I think it's even better some of the contents of Comcast is a little fuzzy. Comcast should have on-demand content delivered in a small delay at times. I'll update this review after I try bluray 3D. I play a bluray movie (Expendables) on the TV, and I enjoyed the experience. The audio system in my home theater and the quality of my 55lx6500 was fantastic!
